都営新宿線「曙橋」駅の改札を右に曲がり、A4出口から地上に上がってください。

Please get off at Akebonobashi Station (via the Toei Shinjuku line), A4 exit.

You will see our clinic's nameboard on your right. Please enter the building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
